As the Operations and Marketing Assistant, Lauren balances her time between marketing strategies and providing operational support to the team and our clients. She is dedicated to creating awareness of the products and services available at Plan Design Partners. In daily operations, she works to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency while using her organizational skills to maximize work flow. 

With over 20 years of experience in the administrative assistant field, she is passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing team productivity. She aims to build client relationships through researching and learning the key goals of clients, while taking time to understand their business needs and challenges. Lauren believes responsiveness and reliability are key to delivering high-quality work and service.

In addition to her many years of professional experience, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. She has also quickly become the “techy” member of the team encouraging the use of technology to create efficiencies.  

Outside of work she enjoys traveling and photography. Being born and raised in Michigan, it holds a special place in her heart, especially since she has immediate family she continues to visit there.
