As Vice President of Operations for Plan Design Partners, Kristin is always available to answer any questions our plan sponsors may have regarding the administration of their retirement plans. She provides timely and accurate service to our clients. Her enthusiastic commitment to innovating and improving the client and participant retirement plan experience contributes to the growth and success of Plan Design Partners, Inc. 

With her past experience as a Human Resource Manager, Kristin understands the challenges that employers face when dealing with the regulatory requirements of administering a retirement plan. She also has a great deal of experience working with employees to ensure their retirement goals are met. 

In addition to her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bradley University, Kristin holds a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Kristin lives in Mapleton, IL with her husband Justin and their two daughters. They enjoy boating, swimming and spending time together.
